In this guide, we'll explore how you can effortlessly connect Grafana Alerts to All Quiet, enhancing your incident management capabilities and ensuring a smoother response to critical events.
Step 1: Create Your Grafana Integration on All Quiet
Login into your All Quiet account.
- Click on Integrations to navigate to the integrations page.
- Click on "Create New Integration" to create a new integration.
- Enter a display name for your Grafana integration, e.g. "Grafana Webhook".
- Select "Grafana" as the type.
- Click "Create integration".
- Now that you've successfully created your Grafana Integration, make sure to copy the webhook URL for later.
Step 2: Setup Your Grafana Alerting
Login into your Grafana instance.
- Under "Alerting", click on "Contact points".
- Click on "Add contact point" to create a new webhook contact point.
- Choose a name for your contact point, e.g. "All Quiet Webhook".
- Select "Webhook" as the Integration Type.
- Paste the All Quiet Webhook URL which you've acquired in .
- Click "Test" to check wether the contact point in Grafana and webhook in All Quiet are setup correctly. Everything should work out of the box.
- Click "Save contact point".
- Navigate to "Notification policies" under "Alerting".
- Click on "Edit" to edit your desired policy. In this example we're editing the default notification policy.
- Select your All Quiet WEbhook as the default contact point.
- Click "Update policy" to save the changes.
Step 3: Test Your Grafana Integration
