At All Quiet, we believe that incident management shouldn’t be a cost center or a source of UI fatigue. Today, we are thrilled to announce that we have officially signed a Technology Partner Agreement with Zabbix, one of the world’s most trusted open-source monitoring solutions.
For DevOps teams and SREs using Zabbix to monitor their infrastructure, this partnership delivers a straightforward, "no-bloat" way to connect monitoring to on-call rotations and incident response.
What this Technology Partnership means for teams
Zabbix is an observability powerhouse, but even the best monitoring is only as effective as the person it alerts. With All Quiet and Zabbix working together, you bridge the gap between detecting a problem and resolving it — with clear routing, fast handoffs, and calm execution when it matters most.
Here is what this partnership brings to our customers:
- Native Zabbix Media Type Integration: We provide a dedicated Media Type XML for Zabbix 7.0+. This isn't a "hacky" workaround; it’s an integration that you can set up in under 5 minutes.
- Full Payload Mapping Control: We know SREs hate "black box" integrations. Our integration allows you to customize exactly how Zabbix alerts map to All Quiet incidents. Use our UI or our Terraform provider to map TRIGGER.HOSTGROUP.NAME or any custom macro directly into your incident routing logic.
- Automated Two-Way Context: With our custom Macros, the All Quiet incident automatically includes a direct link back to the Zabbix alert. No more hunting through dashboards to find the source of the ping.
- Recovery Synchronization: When Zabbix detects a "Recovery" state, it automatically updates or resolves the incident in All Quiet. This keeps your alert history clean and prevents "ghost" notifications for issues that have already self-healed.
- Bootstrapped Pricing, Enterprise Performance: While our competitors charge "VC-backed" premiums, our Zabbix integration allows you to scale your monitoring without scaling your costs.
How it Works
The setup is designed for teams who know their way around a terminal and a dashboard:
- Create: Set up the Zabbix Inbound Integration in All Quiet and download our Media Type file.
- Import: Upload the Media Type to your Zabbix instance.
- Alert: Configure your Trigger Actions in Zabbix to send alerts to the All Quiet Webhook.
The All Quiet Philosophy
As a bootstrapped company, we focus on the features that actually matter to the people on-call. Our UI is built to be fast, lean, and distraction-free. By partnering with Zabbix, we are giving teams a high-performance alternative to the status quo: a powerful, open-source monitoring core paired with a modern, agile incident management layer.
