Why our founders believe pricing should be easy to understand

Maximilian Belller
Peer Rahne
Niko Koeppel

We built All Quiet because we were tired of platforms hiding essential features behind high pricing tiers. Automation and unlimited access to essential on-call features are the future of a healthy incident response process. Incident management should help you solve problems. It shouldn't create more.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Is Splunk On-Call still being developed?

Yes. Splunk still sells Splunk On-Call and released mobile app updates and new features such as global paging policies in 2026; no end of life has been announced. Some foundations have not changed: Splunk's own terms state that Splunk On-Call does not have SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification, its single sign-on and SCIM integration is still labelled beta, and its Terraform provider was last released in 2021. All Quiet is an independent company, dedicated to on-call and incident response.

Does Splunk On-Call have ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certification?

No. Splunk's own terms state: "Splunk On-Call has not yet undergone a security audit by an independent third party and therefore does not have SOC2 or ISO27001 certification." Its published service level is 99% availability per calendar month (checked 30 October 2026). All Quiet is ISO 27001 certified, and its Terms of Service guarantee at least 99.9% availability on a monthly average for the web platform.

What happened to VictorOps?

Splunk closed its acquisition of VictorOps in June 2018 and renamed the product Splunk On-Call in 2020. Cisco completed its acquisition of Splunk on 18 March 2024, so Splunk On-Call is now part of Cisco.

How do I migrate from Splunk On-Call to All Quiet?

There is no automatic importer, so you rebuild your setup in All Quiet: recreate your schedules and escalation tiers in the web app, or define them as code with the All Quiet Terraform provider on Pro and Enterprise. Then point your monitoring tools at All Quiet's integrations. The 14-day free trial lets you run both side by side before you switch.
