The Value of Simplicity
How we calculate this xMatters Base at $39 per user per month vs All Quiet Pro. We compare against Base because it is xMatters' first plan with status pages and live call routing, which All Quiet Pro includes; Starter ($15) has neither and is capped at 25 users. Base includes 100 SMS and 20 voice notifications per user per month; usage above that is billed pay-as-you-go and is not included. xMatters sells its paid plans as a one-year subscription. US shows USD list prices; EU converts with a live EUR rate. Prices as of October 30, 2026.

How All Quiet compares to xMatters
xMatters has been part of Everbridge since 2021, and Everbridge has been owned by Thoma Bravo since July 2024. xMatters publishes a free plan for up to 5 users, Starter at $15 per user per month for up to 25 users, Base at $39, and an Advanced plan on quote, with paid plans sold as a one-year subscription. In summer 2026, xMatters raised Starter from $9 to $15 per user per month, lowered its user caps (Free from 10 to 5 users, Starter from 100 to 25) and moved status pages from its quote-only Advanced plan into Base. Status pages and live call routing start on Base, and SMS and voice come as monthly allotments on Starter and Base. All Quiet is billed monthly: no annual commitment, and you can add or remove users or cancel at any time. Use the table as a starting point and confirm details on their pricing page.

Why our founders believe pricing should be easy to understand

We built All Quiet because we were tired of platforms hiding essential features behind high pricing tiers. Automation and unlimited access to essential on-call features are the future of a healthy incident response process. Incident management should help you solve problems. It shouldn't create more.
Unlimited Status Pages
Customer communication alongside internal response workflows.
Integrations without Restrictions
Integrate your stack without having to look at which pricing tier you're in. Two-Way Integrations are essential for every team size.
Noise-aware routing for All
Group & route alerts effectively to ensure your team only wakes up for what matters. We disagree with AI for the sake of AI.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
How much does xMatters cost per user?
xMatters publishes a free plan for up to 5 users without SMS or voice, Starter at $15 per user per month for up to 25 users, Base at $39, and Advanced on quote; paid plans are sold as a one-year subscription. Until summer 2026, Starter was $9 for up to 100 users and Free covered up to 10 users. Starter includes 50 SMS and 10 voice notifications per user per month and Base 100 and 20; anything above is billed pay-as-you-go. All Quiet Pro is $9.99 per user per month, billed monthly with no annual commitment, and includes unlimited SMS, voice calls, push notifications and email (checked 30 October 2026).
Does xMatters include status pages?
From the Base plan at $39 per user per month; Free and Starter do not include them. Until summer 2026, status pages were only available on the quote-only Advanced plan. All Quiet includes unlimited public and private status pages in Pro at $9.99 per user per month.
Is xMatters still a standalone product under Everbridge?
xMatters is sold as Everbridge xMatters, a separate product in Everbridge's portfolio. Everbridge completed its acquisition of xMatters in May 2021 and was itself taken private by Thoma Bravo in July 2024, in an all-cash deal valued at about $1.8 billion. All Quiet is an independent company, dedicated to on-call and incident response.
Can All Quiet replace xMatters for on-call scheduling?
Yes for on-call scheduling, escalations and alerting: All Quiet covers schedules, rotations, overrides and multi-step escalations, with unlimited SMS, voice, push and email on every paid plan. There is no automatic importer, so you rebuild your setup in All Quiet: recreate your schedules and escalation tiers in the web app, or define them as code with the All Quiet Terraform provider on Pro and Enterprise. Then point your monitoring tools at All Quiet's integrations. The 14-day free trial lets you run both side by side before you switch.
