The Value of Simplicity

Status pages

On Xurrent IRM, status pages are tied to the Growth plan and billed as a $10,000 flat fee per year (≈ $833.33/month). Include that add-on in the Zenduty estimate when relevant.

Zenduty

How we calculate this Zenduty is now Xurrent IMR. Public monthly list prices: $6/user on Starter (up to 5 users), $16/user on Growth (up to 50 users). Enterprise is custom (vendor cites minimum scale).

Status pages (Growth): billed as a $10,000/year flat fee—when you turn on Include status pages and have more than 5 users, we add the monthly portion (≈$833.33/mo in USD) to the Zenduty line. On the EU site, that portion is converted with the same USD→EUR rate as seat prices.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Is Zenduty (Xurrent IMR) still a standalone incident tool?

Since the 2025 acquisition, Zenduty has been integrated into the Xurrent ESM platform. While it still handles alerting, its roadmap is now focused on "Service Management" and ticketing. All Quiet remains an independent, pure-play incident engine built specifically for engineering speed, not corporate IT governance.

How does the Terraform experience compare between All Quiet and Zenduty?

Zenduty often requires a "UI-first" approach where you link fragmented resources manually. All Quiet uses a Consolidated Resource Model. You can define your entire stack—from integrations to rotations—in a single, lean Terraform block. It's built for GitOps, ensuring your on-call logic is as version-controlled as your infrastructure.

How does All Quiet handle alert noise and correlation?

We prioritize Transparent, Deterministic Grouping over "Black Box" AI. While Zenduty/Xurrent uses centralized AI models that process data globally, All Quiet provides high-precision filtering logic that you can audit and adjust yourself. This ensures you know exactly why an alert was suppressed while your data remains strictly within your selected US or EU residency.

How do All Quiet and Zenduty/Xurrent pricing tiers compare?

Zenduty (Xurrent) typically uses a "modular" pricing model where advanced security (SSO/SCIM) or communication tools (Status Pages) are gated behind higher tiers or flat-fee add-ons. All Quiet takes a "Full-Stack" approach: features like SAML, SCIM, and Unlimited Status Pages are standard in the $9.99 Pro tier. This makes it easier for teams to forecast their long-term costs without worrying about "Enterprise-only" price jumps as their requirements evolve.
