We've added a time filter for auto-escalations. E.g. you can now filter escalations to only happen during the weekend from Friday 5 p.m. to Monday 8.am. (s. screenshot above
ℹ️ Applicable for Pro and Enterprise customers with organizations: We've added the auto-assign feature to the escalations. You can now autmatically add other teams to your escalations. Just like auto-escalations, auto-assign can be filtered for severity, weekdays & times.
