Mobile App Version 2.0.0: Real-Time Incidents and On-Call Scheduling

iOS 2.0.0 and Android 2.0.0 redesign the mobile app so you can track incidents as they happen and manage the on-call schedule without opening the web app.

Real-Time Incident Management

The incident list refreshes automatically. Swipe to resolve or archive an incident from the main view. The incident detail screen keeps a pinned action bar so you can respond without scrolling.

Repeating Critical Alerts

Enable repeating critical alerts to play an alarm until you dismiss it. During off-hours, the alarm continues until you acknowledge it.

Redesigned Navigation

A bottom navigation bar opens Incidents, Calendar, Overrides, and Settings. The Calendar tab icon shows your live on-call status.

Calendar and Shift Views

Calendar replaces the Availability screen. It shows your active and upcoming shifts, who is on call with you, and overall shift coverage for the on-call schedule.

Override Management

Create, edit, and delete overrides from a Calendar shift or the Overrides tab. Change the on-call schedule from your phone when a teammate needs cover.

Profile Settings

Update your profile picture, display name, and time zone in Settings.

Update the iOS or Android app to version 2.0.0.
