We updated the All Quiet overrides system to make scheduling faster and more reliable. Select multiple offline team members at once and duplicate existing overrides to speed up your workflow.

We know managing on-call schedules takes time. We updated the All Quiet overrides system to make scheduling faster and more reliable.
1. Multi-Select for Offline Overrides
You can now select multiple offline team members at the same time during the override creation process.
Team Overrides: Choose multiple people in the "Who will be offline?" field when you create a new override.
Account Overrides: Choose multiple people in the "Who will you be covering for?" field when you use the "I'll be covering" option.
Note: Editing an existing override remains a single-user action.
2. Duplicate Existing Overrides
We added a duplicate row action to speed up your workflow. You can now click the copy icon on any override in your shared overrides list.
This action opens the creation overlay and prefills your new override with the source data:
- Override type
- Target users
- Covered-by / Replacements
- Team scope
- Escalation tier
- Start and end dates
To maintain schedule reliability and data privacy, our overlap validation system remains fully active. You cannot save an exact copy. You must adjust the dates or the team scope before the system accepts the new entry.
Feature Locations
You will find these updates in the following areas:
| Feature | Navigation Path | Action |

| Multi-Select (Account) | Account > Calendar > Overrides | Click Create |
| Duplicate (Team) | Team > Overrides | Click Copy Icon on list item |
