We launched a new Salesforce integration so you can synchronize All Quiet incidents and Salesforce cases. Configure it as two-way, inbound-only, or outbound-only.
Integration Modes
| Mode | Function |
|---|---|
| Two-Way | Updates flow in both directions. All Quiet incidents and Salesforce cases stay aligned. |
| Inbound-Only | Salesforce cases create new incidents in All Quiet. |
| Outbound-Only | All Quiet forwards incidents to Salesforce to create or update cases. |
- Two-Way: Keep both platforms aligned. Status, title, and related fields stay in sync whether your team works in All Quiet or Salesforce.
- Inbound-Only: Salesforce triggers create new incidents in All Quiet, including optional filters by status, priority, and record type.
- Outbound-Only: All Quiet creates and updates Salesforce cases when you forward an incident automatically, manually, or through routing rules.
